1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following defined terms apply throughout:

2 Acceptance of Terms

6. You must not be a current employee, director, agent, or contractor of ab777, nor a member of the immediate family of any such person.

ab777 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason, and to request additional identity documentation at any time. Applications that cannot be verified against the information provided will be refused or suspended pending satisfactory verification.

4 Account Management

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your ab777 Login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

If you suspect that your ab777 account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify ab777 customer support immediately via the live chat facility available at ab777.today. ab777 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the Player has failed to maintain adequate security over their credentials.

ab777 may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

Players may request closure of their ab777 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining Real Money Balance (net of applicable charges) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method, provided all KYC requirements have been satisfied. Bonus Balances are non-withdrawable upon account closure unless otherwise specified in the applicable promotion terms.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the ab777 Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms apply to all deposit and withdrawal activities:

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount on ab777 is PKR 500. Deposits are accepted via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL online banking, UBL internet banking, Meezan Bank, and direct bank transfer. Deposits credited via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are generally processed instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take between 15 and 60 minutes to reflect in the Player's account balance, depending on the originating bank.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. ab777 processes withdrawal requests to JazzCash and EasyPaisa within 15 to 30 minutes of approval in normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 2 business hours. ab777 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests that exceed standard thresholds, which may extend processing times.

Withdrawal Conditions: Players may only withdraw funds to payment methods previously used for deposits on the same account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. A minimum withdrawal amount of PKR 1,000 applies. Where a Player has an active bonus, withdrawal eligibility is subject to satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

ab777 offers a range of promotional incentives to both new and existing Players. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and loyalty rewards are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any additional terms specified in the individual promotion at the time it is offered:

• Bonus funds are credited to the Player's Bonus Balance and are subject to wagering requirements prior to withdrawal eligibility. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated in each individual promotion's terms.
• Players may only claim each promotional offer once unless otherwise stated. Claiming a bonus with multiple accounts constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.

7 Casino Games & Sports Betting

8 Responsible Gaming

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ab777 Platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms. ab777 reserves the right to immediately suspend accounts and void associated winnings or balances where prohibited conduct is detected:

• Use of software tools, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or other automated systems to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the house;
• Collusion with other players, dealers, or ab777 employees to manipulate game outcomes;
• Any form of fraudulent activity including chargeback fraud, identity fraud, or payment method fraud;
• Use of the Platform for money laundering, including depositing funds derived from illegal activities;
• Exploitation of software errors, game bugs, or Platform vulnerabilities — any gains obtained through exploitation will be voided;
• Registration of multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities;
• Use of the Platform by minors under 21 years of age, or facilitation of access by a minor;
• Sharing, selling, or transferring account credentials or balances to third parties;
• Any action that disrupts, damages, or impairs the normal operation of the ab777 Platform.

10 Intellectual Property

All content displayed on the ab777 Platform, including but not limited to the ab777 brand name, logo, game graphics, interface design, promotional materials, written content, and software code, is the exclusive intellectual property of ab777 or is licensed to ab777 by its respective owners. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any ab777 Platform content without prior written authorisation. Unauthorised commercial use of ab777 intellectual property is prohibited and may result in legal action.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ab777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, business interruption, or loss of opportunity.

ab777's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ab777 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Access to the Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ab777 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation or availability of the Platform.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

ab777 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the ab777 Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in that policy.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
